From March 3 to 7, 2019 the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Radiation Sources Regulatory Partnership (RSRP) visited Chisinau, Moldova to discuss ongoing and future RSRP collaboration with representatives from the Moldovan National Agency for Regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activities (NARNRA), and it’s Technical Support Organization INOTEH. The parties discussed continuing support for pre-licensing inspections, regulatory development to address the December 2019 IRRS mission findings, user outreach, training in safety aspects of Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy.
